MJ is already in price crash mode.. and indoor grow is expensive.. its not the big money maker people think as prices crash like whats happened here in PDX> not sure in other areas.. but that is the case here.. early in make some good money of course but I think with CA coming in .. and the great out door grow capability here we could see this end up being just another ag play.. not to mention banks won't finance it or bank it

That messes with my plans to get back into using owner financing as a deal maker. 

Its not a big money maker but it makes decent money...anyway, my mgmt team takes care of nearly everything and I still get good money. 

The shows on tv don't give all the details and can make them sound like great $$ makers, often times leaving out details like closing cost fees, capital gains tax, etc.

I know this would not be a "money maker" per se, but my main objective would be to simply acquire a discounted home in this hot market, and let someone else "buy" it for me.

Kind of like if you are a Market Maker and you Wholesale properties that you picked up for less than half price, some how and are dealing them to the...Flippers who buy the Corn or House for one higher price and do something to it to sell it at a higher price which may not even be Retail.

Once you find a good "team" to support you, you can focus on the big money maker of your business - the investment piece.

Speaking of #8, if you want high dollar rent rates everything from your sofas through your bed linens through your coffee maker have to be "4 Seasons" level.

Do you have someone in the industry sending you constant money makers?
