Hi all, I have a complicated (at least to me) umbrella policy question.

my partner mentioned we each set up an LLC individually and form one as an umbrella when purchasing homes together.  

Corp, that creates LLC's for each entity (property) separately, that also puts everything under a Trust/Umbrella of sorts.

We also have insurance and an umbrella liability policy on top of the mess.  

Follow it up with a decent sized umbrella policy.
