I have heard rumors of them putting in a theme park of some sort?

I talk to alot of remote investors and one of the common themes is - they feel they need "boots on the ground".  

I am open to meet Sunday afternoon anytime after 3 or after 5pm on Mon/Tue/ Wed.

I need suggestions on great themes people have used and different plug ins that seem to be applicable.

Seems like there is a variation of this theme on this thread.
