My education was trial by fire, treat it like a business to start and do not undersell your rental units.  

I did trials with both, and they both seem to have good features, but I would love to hear from someone who has actually used them both.

You will miss out on deals at first and that will suck but you will be in the beginning stages of mastering wholesaling so that you aren't here today and gone tomorrow.Real estate can be like a fad diet.

I am certain there are many legitimate ones, but figuring out exactly who is and is not, I have not found the short formula for doing so, just trial and error.

When my parents and I bought our first property, I didn't even know professional property management was a thing, so I just did it on my own, and I learned a lot by trial and error.  

maybe you should try a three month trial run. or maybe get an internet petition going, email everyone and see if they would be interested in some thing like.

I would recommend trying new ones on trial basis...

I've trialed most of the others.First the bad news;   any list someone from Timbuctoo with a credit card can buy and mail are going to be getting a ton of other post cards.
