Hi, I already had a retaining wall put in for a 2 ft tall retaining wall for $500, 8 ft by 2 ft  and the landscaper guy removed most of the extra dirt that was laying around near the backdoor.  

I walk into the laundry room and find a bunch of broken glass which appears to be the light bulbs and little chandelier bulbs from the ceiling fans.

If you find a property in RealtyTrac that isn't appearing as a foreclosure in PropertyRadar, do a quick search for that address in PropertyRadar (magnifying glass in upper right), then scroll down and review the foreclosure history.

Look at the facts without the rose (or green) colored glasses and base your decisions on facts and leave emotion out of the equasion.  

Also, make sure that the building has tall ceilings to accommodate the larger medical equipment.

Unless your roof is made of razor blades and your siding is asbestos wrapped in tar and broken glass I'd say the price is a tad on the high side

I would probably expect to pay $500 for a single brick column or thereabouts, 5 or 6 feet tall. 3.

@Nathan G. going to add to yours, top of window sill can be no higher than 44", the window must have at least 5.7 sq' glass, window well must be 9 sq' / 3' space in front of the window ( so a 3' x 3' window well is acceptable ), a ladder must be installed if the window well is deeper than 44" the second means of escape can be a basement door or cellar stairs that lead up and you are able to exit from that floor, door to the exterior must be 3' wide in the house to be acceptable for egress. ceiling height 7' min, smoke detectors in the hall and each bedroom ( check with town, they may want you to install hard wired interconnected smokes)

I'm playing with the idea of using a 60ft linear drain with glass door over it to catch ALL the water .
