Hello BP Im a new landlord here in Massachusetts, and im getting my lease together using the lease that comes with the pro membership ( I just upgraded and I love it. highly recomended) there is one section 19 B that says (B) Landlord, in its sole discretion and for its sole benefit, shall cause the Premises to be insured as it deems appropriate.
