.- thanks ....develop a hypotetical scenario  ( price/ loan amt needed ) and  begin the formal loan pre approval  process  - this process is easy / free and  can be dne remotely ...if you end up doing nothing - you havent  wasted any money .......getting this started  will  then allow you to  get organized  and also to  become familiar with all the   requirements and  numbers .....you can  then  revise any of the pre approval  figures to fit the  precise need  when applicable .....even though you might not be buying for  6-12 months , this can be done now
