The stock market dumped all over itself today and if it does not bounce back tomorrow (fingers crossed) we may actually be close to capitulation.Once, if, that happens we will bounce a round for a while then the beginnings of a recovery will start to peek out of the rubble.The stock market is always a leading indicator, the economy as a whole has at least six to nine turbulent months ahead.

It may have not hit the streets directly, and we may be somewhere near the bottom, but I can guarantee that if we do hit the bottom the bounce back is going to be uglier than the fall.

I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ and have bounced around a bit since ive been in. 

It’s taken me a long time to get here and I don’t want to mess this up.I realize I have a lot of goals here that don’t seem to intertwine, and are a little all over the place.Any advice you can give me on a course of action or recommended places where I could put down roots would be much appreciated as I don’t have someone to bounce these ideas off of.

Cheaper homes with good cash flow but will not appreciate as quickly because they’ve already bounced from the $40k ish range from a few years ago.

Im just wanted to meet like minded folks close by to bounce ideas off with.
