Hey All,Does anyone out there besides Brandon have experience investing in Aberdeen, WA or Gray's Harbor in general?

Many tax attorneys are interpreting this to be indicate of the allowance of rental income as well.Ultimately: It's a gray area.

It's not the questions, it's the answers.I suggest to you and allege that Xpress Loans 911 LLC may be operating in a gray area of the law, no regulations/no oversight in relation of their advance loan commitment fees and other loan practices described by myself and others on this forum.Xpress Loans LLC has been forced to answer questions.The Saga Continues.

@Spencer Gray that last part is really confusing me.

The IRS has made it a gray area and recommend that you do not manage your own properties. 2.

@Andy Thompson I got out of building houses because of the same equation.

With a random professional this is true- I do not like the model where there is a winner and a loser in a deal, but within the gray area that is good for all parties involved you will try to take more in a pure business deal.  

I use Medici Gray from Walmart, it's a nice lighter gray that goes well with white trim. 

@Vernon Gray bypassing the sellers representation is not a good way to do business. have a conversation with the agent to learn more about the situation.

While the local wholesalers I know are beyond honest with sellers, and provide actual comps for a property, often telling them they could sell it for more on the MLS but what they provide is a quick and easy cash sale (often better when a property can't be financed) the gray area is when wholesalers do not accurately represent or reveal the true value of the property.
