You're definitely more intelligent than I am, lol; I have no idea what that is and never heard of it.

So do not think I have the mentality 'deserve' just 'desire' to have a bed to sleep in and the comforts of money.The 'employers' that I have generally worked for have less education and I often find them less intelligent, in my opinion. 

You can, with a little intelligence, some hard work, and thinking outside the box, provide beautiful, efficient, responsible housing for lots of people, who in turn, will make you wealthy.

Absolutely no good intelligent reason to go down this path sir. 

Setting artificial goals based on the number of doors a person owns is a recipe for unfulfillment.  

Andrey you just reinstalled some of my faith in people's financial intelligence.

But has given way more power to our intelligence agencies.

Cash flow can pay the bills and ideally assist in building equity, but if you can sell your appreciated property and make 15 or 20 years worth of cash flow to then reinvest in more properties that offer higher returns (likely with lower CapEx) then you can see exponential growth... all about intelligently scaling your investments if you desire to grow wealth quickly.
