You could also fight and argue with them for 20 hours a week, stay up at night figuring out strategy, thinking of witnesses and asking neighbors for statements about the height of the grass and noise of the dog.

Your board will probably be sick of the homeowners anyway and the homeowners will be sick of the board.That way you can enjoy accusations and complaints all the while you donate your time and work for free.

Greed is coveting what another has built through his own intelligence, wit, labor, risk, affort, and (yes) good fortune.

Let's gather enough information on the situation before we start sending off uninformed advice and making uneducated guesses or accusations as to what happened.

I just had a younger couple with 2 kids trash my rental that was spotless when they moved in and they silly accusations and threats toward me.

Now,  allot of folks didn't follow our advice and I witnessed financial disasters with more than one of my clients and felt if they had only forgone the BMW lease and saved that $700 a month they wouldn't be in the situation. 

I insulted no one, used no offensive language, leveled no accusations, and didn't even mention any names ....
