I do think what you are asking for is unreasonable, or at least, unrealistic but hey, ask for the stars, settle for the moon.

Factor the matter is that bedbugs can happen anywhere, even a five star hotel.

My airbnb profile is a solid 250+ 5 star reviews, also as a teacher I have a significant amount of time off in the summer and holidays - so plenty of time to put in some sweat equity.

Call the one with the most stars.

When we replace appliances, we only use Energy Star tier II or tier III models and we try to stick with the same basic set of models across our units.Last year, we replaced a dozen 10+ year old refrigerators with an 18 ft^3 GE tier III model.  

then go home and hug your wife and kids and thank your lucky stars if you have never fallen down emotionally and financially.

I am pretty sure they would have at least left me a 4 star or worse if I didnt refund them and no review to me is MUCH better than a 4 or less star review. 

Plus, he has about 40 five star reviews which I also hate losing.

I have read all the reviews offered by google, they are all 5 star.
