I don't do drugs, hang out with gangs, drink excessively, or speak Spanish.

Perhaps it's stereotyping, but I do think the money oftentimes comes from illegal activity (usually drug dealing).

My neighbors have been great, it's just there's a lot of vacancy and drug dealing. 

Doing my due dil turned up this: buyer paid 55k in 95 (neighborhood was not what it is today - ie drugs & crime) - owner occupied, and put some money into it.

We renovated an old drug/rehab facility and turned it into 32 high-end micro-units. 

Right on I-44 between Chicago and the West Coast (yes, this means we unfortunately get a lot of drug crime too....). 

I have a multi familyIn Rochester NY. 3 months ago city did an under cover drug bust and arrested a tenant from my building.
