I think @Paul Sandhu has it right - there doesn't seem to be any real centralized source for corporate rentals (that I've been able to find, anyway), so you probably need to identify what your target market is (traveling nurses?

Actually, hitting those up in nursing homes has draw backs, like compentancy, you need to volunteer at the library, the zoo, the humane society, the red cross or the literacy council.
