I do not dispute that you can buy 'really good deals' and make money, but if you buy at or near FMV, you should not realistically expect any substantial price appreciation from most Memphis neighborhoods.

Worked great, just took stills instead of video, but they resolution is super sharp and I had no problem identifying the perps.  

There is no way for them to dispute it with photos.

The case where there is a foreclosure on a first note where the home is worth 200K and the UPB is like 20K would be a whole different animal.Also really appreciate the input on other possible issues, liens, mineral disputes environmental disputes etc. 

Pixie - when I re-read both your posts it appears that you are only looking for resolution of the problem property, not necessarily to purchase it, am I correct?
