When I don't read posts in any thread, it's not that I'm ignoring folks or have no respect for opinions, but more to the fact that my comment may or may not be addressing anyone other than the OP AND that my comment has nothing to do with others influencing my comment, so with that;If you imply you're the owner or advertise as an owner, much less claim you are, when you are wholesaling you are dealing fraudulently, plain and simply, it's fraud.

You've had to have seen some of my posts, teaching real estate folklore without the basic education is plain dangerous to the student and for the public. 

It's generally either really quickly, but it was just plain, dumb luck, or it took a year.

And of course plain jane vanilla loan fraud... those are just now catching up to those who did lier loans back in the pre GFC .. where they falsified info on applications.

Be patient, be polite, and see if this angry person is really redirecting his/her real estate fail rage at you which is actually generated by some scum bag tenant, the government, the evil bank who won't give him/her a loan-mod or maybe just plain exhaustion from having been a landlord for decades and looking for a way out.

Its all a numbers game, plain and simple and its very much regionalized.. 

Having an attitude that a wholesaler has greater abilities, a greater education, more experience and more business than a seasoned real estate broker or agent is ludicrous, egotistical and plain foolish.  

I have seen some of Mark's promotions, looks like plain old land speculation, another news flash, you can get stuck with raw land for years, it is not a liquid asset and is less marketable than a residential property. :)

Having said that, would you please allready get off that roof and get on the freaking plain and come visit.
