If I had never been a landlord before I'd also envision myself spending a few evenings reviewing all the rental forms I would be having a tenant sign, making sure I was certain what I would enter in every blank when it is time to rent.Then probably three evenings getting my ideas for marketing the property together - where I would advertise, what the copy of my ad would say, that I have good pictures ready to upload for craigslist or other ads, studying ads of similar properties on craigslist.

When I went to the bonus content page where all the video interviews are lined up I clicked on "Download the MP3 hoping to download it to iTunes so I can watch it when I'm out on my iPad or iPhone But it just goes to a blank screen and begins to play it like an audio file (no picture).
