If not that, then either the hose from the dishwasher is collecting drain water from lacking the raised loop, or there's a backup in the sink causing the water to push to the only available outlet

Whenever we get new tenants, we teach them the following:- What constitutes an emergency (burst pipe, a smoking electrical outlet, tree limb crashed through a window, etc and what does not (a toilet that doesn't flush but another working toilet is in the house- this can wait a day).- Location of emergency shut off water valves, breaker, gas and mark it so tenant can easily locate it as well as how to do it.- A list of items that is their responsibility to provide and upkeep (light bulbs, air filters (we provide them with one at move in and show them how to change it).- Let them know if there is City noise ordinance fine if police are called to their unit and that if landlord gets billed they are responsible to pay it.
