Please do note that the formation of the LLC does not limit the exposure to RMD, it is the distribution of the LLC membership to you individually is what eliminates the RMD.It is not a simple amendment to the LLC that will have to be done, you have to carryout the process of distribution from the 401K and 401K plan to file the appropriate documentation too.

The bio on your membership page does little to assuage such suspicions, but that may just be my age and cynicism.  

You can view property listings (for sale and lease) for free but you need a paid membership to post properties onto the site.

Invest in a paid membership to see listings you need a paid membership to see.

I would also recommend upgrading to Pro membership and adding a picture.  

If the HOA puts this to a vote and the membership approves it, it will become law and you have to abide by it.
