Getting started
Hi all;
Hope you are well. Looking to get started in investing, but have too many questions to know where to start. Is there a quick way to figure out if a property is a viable investment? I don't have enough for a 20%dp...thinking I can HOA for this and then roll everything into a mortgage when I find my first property.
I want to get going. Have looked at properties with local agents, but am weary of taking the first step! Ah!
