I just recently had an annoying Sect 8 deal.

I can imagine it's a bit annoying to have to start over after knowing so much about your home market - but a lot of the principles will be the same so you're further along than most. 

They have been super annoying lately.

Though my biggest annoyance was with the Section 8 Housing Authority; they were inept.

(i wouldn't be surprised if she got covid, i really hope not..)anyway, i finally got my signing around late september, they're undergoing a change in their system and i never got any welcome package which is expected to be 2 weeks after so i called and they sent me a few checks.it was extremely annoying, timing was bad, but this is what we must suffer for that generational wealth. 

Never have had an issue with bookings or guests being annoyed.

The whole comment section was brutal.As to the last paragraph about why people hate STRs I agree that is a big part of it, and the old fogies that are scared of a transient population and just want their place to remain their own private paradise forever annoy me just as much. 

I was shocked and rather annoyed to learn that I had to take on .5- 1% more.

There are absolute cash cow fourplexes for a BRRR on the East side, but you'll constantly be cleaning trash out of your yard, fixing annoying minor problems, and dealing with petty crime.
