One was located in the right rear section while the other was in the left rear section.PlumbingSome of the hose spigots were inoperable and this should be corrected.The hall bathroom tub was slow to drain and should be cleared by a plumber.ElectricThere was a double tap observed inside each main electrical panel that should be further evaluated and separated by an electrician.The kitchen outlet(s) were not GFCI protected and should be updated.

Just an observation, but you need to be more firm with your tyour neighbor.

In my experiences and legal observations, regaining possession of real estate from an uncooperative surviving spouse can be tricky, especially in community property states. 

I'm planning to go to the Tarrant county auction this week to observe the process and maybe meet other investors in my area.

I know this could be viewed as a generalization but just stating some basic observations.
