Yeah, baby!

I followed Dave's debt snowball plan and baby steps to get out of consumer debt ($87k), but don't pay all cash for rentals.Dave was burned by callable real estate mortgage notes back in the 80's.  

We had refuse ripped open floor to ceiling, baby diapers and dog feces everywhere.

Sorry for all the questions, but I have been thinking a lot about this idea for an age-restricted baby boomer community or a younger demographic alternative to cramped apartments.

Some of my friends with other companies love to amass large numbers of agents to baby sit rather than sell.

They actually asked why (in an e-mail) and begged to stay because they had (a) nowhere to go and because they (b) had a newborn and couldn’t move her in the winter.

Their thinking:  as long as we're here, might as well cite for some infraction, like a baby stroller in the hallway. 

You have to generate jobs to get population growth beyond just having more a few more babies than people who die. 2) I tried to cover some of the business issues in my first post.

Dave Ramsey goes through all of this in his 7 Baby Step program.

If you stumble across someone still living there and they get angry, tell them you thought you heard an abandoned baby crying or something.If you're not comfortable, post a notice on the door that you suspect it's abandoned and will be back in 24 hours to inspect.
