From my review of public records and records sent to me from Pruner ground floors debt instrument seemed to in my looking at it and in my opinion suspect.   .. and that turned out to be proved correct when Pruner just deeded the property to another person and reporting back that their closing attorney informed them there was no debt on the property it was actually free  and clear.

Also, I should have mentioned, in case it's relevant, that this vacant property was served an instrument of taking by the town at one point in time (in MA this can happen apparently if the land has a value under a certain amount) before it was later granted a certificate of redemption when the owner finally paid their taxes and penalties a year later.

Sit on the couch and get full of brownies and smoke a little more and listen to bad music like the Grateful Dead.They are not gonna suddenly join forces and riot through the wheeled jungle of mobile homes leaving death and destruction behind them.Now, it it is heroine, meth, even distribution of pot......get serious and get them out.Stoners that have a job and one misdemeanor......sign the lease right here please.And before assumptions are made I have not smoked weed in 30 years.
