This was info gathered from expensive facilities like Merrill Gardens, etc, so sale of a house would be involved.But older renters love the "over 55" apartments and move in as soon as they can.

My tenants mentioned to me that the neighbor behind my rental property has been complaining about the branches from a very large tree on my property extending over into their yard blocking the sunlight to their garden.

He has been in this unit for 3 years and his parents are next door (have been there for 7 years)  They have gardens planted out back and they have no desire to move, I would like to keep them but I can't keep paying $169 to fix the sink drains.

Living through a couple winters in Korea (on par with Montana and that latitude) I embrace staying home in the winter, and allow that time to focus on indoor activities.
