If you google:trenton nj real estate - then click on the trulia.com result.On that page, you have to go from List view to Map view if it's not already on Map view.Then inside the map on the upper left hand corner there is a badge with a star in it, that's the crime map.

I think most SFH rentals are previous personal residences and down the road the stars aligned and becoming a landlord/investor presents itself as an opportunity.  

@Jeff Greenberg  its not the guru its the people... just like here on BP some people are rock stars others are fade away into the either... winners and losers..

I would give CB properties a 5 star rating, but would not agree they should approach a property like a Call of Duty video game.

However I have been trying to locate a property manager out in that area only to be met with a significant amount of 1 star reviews from google.

He even recommended a mortgage broker to me, Nations Lending, but when I looked them up, they were getting terrible one-star reviews.

Is this like having all the stars and the moon line up?

Now, I have about 20 five-star reviews and the bookings are piling up. 

But if the stars don't align, this could lead to a giant clusterf*ck, so be careful!
