Have your privacy on the other but if you're still not comfortable with the cash flow then you have the option of renting out one of your rooms on your side as well.  

This gives me privacy AND protection. 

Sometimes people's privacy or special needs when selling take priority over highest and best offer on the open market.

If someone is THAT desperate to call you up after you send them such a creepy, "you invaded my privacy", "how the hell did you find me"... you are likely dealing with a good lead.You think only SOME people find it wrong to invade my personal space to try to make money off of me?

I've been listening to Tom's podcasts, and I have to say it's some of the best free information I've ever heard, but I keep running into snags with some of the instruction (like title company employees talking about "privacy laws" when I'm looking to simply filter down information that's publicly available anyway.

Some people feel texting to be too intrusive and violating their personal privacy.
