I think you will be hard pressed to cash flow at those numbers (or anything close to it actually).

There are many ways to hide control, which may allow someone to bleed your dues for little or no effort, or to press a majority over the owner occupants. 

I flew off the handle on them.I also filed a police report and told them who it was and that I wanted to press charges.

Just keep pressing on and think about doing some direct mailers to find off market deals.

For this particular job there is no pressing time frame as each panel upgrade will be support a Split HVAC that can go in anytime prior to summer as the units have a working heater. 

Other than that if you are hard pressed for time to manage your rental and want exposure on major sites Evolve is great for the cost.
