By options, I simply mean the ability to do what I want to do at the time (i.e. go on that vacation, rather than having to save up for it and ask permission from my boss.

The Appraiser is forbidden (by law) to discuss their opinion or appraisal results with anyone other then their client, without their express permission, which does not happen, in these cases.

This is also the case in HOA's or Condo Associations where it is often times written into the Rules and Regulations or CC&R's.Probably not worth it to risk getting caught in those instances.That being said, there are plenty of people who do this whether they have permission or not, and there are some landlords who will allow it.

I do have permission to enter both homes per agreement to waive liability and I was told to break in and change the locks.
