Hey Everybody,

I am excited to be a part of the BiggerPockets community and look forward to interacting with all of you. I believe real estate is the key to attaining the freedom and options in life that I have not been able to up until now. By options, I simply mean the ability to do what I want to do at the time (i.e. go on that vacation, rather than having to save up for it and ask permission from my boss. Or to have the most difficult decision I need to make at a car dealership is choosing the color and interior I want, rather than which financing package and options are within my budget) Don't get me wrong, money is what drove me to real estate, but being able to drive through neighborhoods that my investments or real estate projects are, would be something that would provide me with great personal accomplishment and satisfaction. I want to be able to positively impact communities through my real estate ventures and be proud of the properties that I have been involved. You all will be directly responsible for my success because up until now, I have not had the tools and direction that all of you will provide. I thank you in advance and look forward to our interactions.
