Roofing replacement will run about $300/square though that doesn't include an allowance for decking replacement.On the electrical you'll probably need to either replace the panel or upgrade the breakers to arc-fault and then ground out the outlets. 

For mine, it's a spendy proposition to do a separate meter, as the main panel is about 200 feet away (20 ac. lot) Out of curiosity, what fees, etc. are you required to pay to convert? 

This causes the holes where the screws penetrate the panels to get enlarged.

(my sheds are made of insulated steel SIP panels- so they don't catch on fire).

To avoid climbing the roof we used the access panel to a crawl space since it was an attic in law apt and we drilled the hole as high up on the 2" left be as possible to ensure we'd get the clog.

You can get a solar panel to make the install totally "wire-free".Overall, not bad for the price.

You'll have to take the kick panel off to find it.If the problem is electrical, it will help a lot if you know how to drive a multimeter (digital multimeter, volt-ohm-meter).I hope this helps!
