Jerry -- most all of the low-hanging fruit has been harvested.

There is a huge difference between a $1MM portfolio that will not be broken up, and a same size portfolio of 50 notes, each averaging $200K, with various of the following factors, that would be sold individually.Regardless at minimum any buyer is going to require;Date of origination (for aging)Face amountInterest rateAny callability/or prepayment factorsIf this portfolio is that big and legit, why is this seller not looking at the "standard/legit" market to sell this.

The BPO's are called the "crack coca*ne" of our industry now for agents who can't sell very well.

The interest rates right now are still pretty good even for investment properties so it may still be fruitful to cash out refi. 

Failure rate for agents is through the roof down here.
