Choose your tenant type then go fishing for housing (location, price, configuration etc)  that tenant type would want

I along with many others here have simply asked you to bring some validity your fish stories. 

If they were accurate, banks would use them and appraisers would go fishing more often.

Bigger Fish than us need resolution, so we can hopefully ride on their "coatails" .

Re: Brokers - I have no idea who is well respected - I just know who advertises at the local football games :D  But I'll broaden my search - there are just soooo many real estate offices in my area.

Unless you are the party with the house you want to unload, I suggest looking for easier fish to fry.
