Adequate liability insurance is important with or without a LLC.

Speak to an insurance broker to set up adequate insurance on your investment so you a properly protected.

if so you need contents coverage that adequately covers the cost of replacement on your items as opposed to your tenants.

They may not even be funded to pay for the repairs adequately.
