Hi, I'm relatively new to BP. I am looking for an agent/broker in Sacramento with experience working with investors. I have gone through the pre-approval process and know exactly what my budget is and the types of property I am looking for. I was working with an agent, who is a friend, but he has not been moving fast enough or providing adequate counsel.
