You know I've seen this on Michael Blank's analyzer, and I've wondered at what size does this make sense, or when would one consider doing this.

increase the rent to market value tell them this is a clean slate have them pay market value for rent staring immediately.

But for a few minutes its easier to just stare at the screen.

Same here in LA, everyone wants to list my house, but when I tell them I'm OK to rent for a bit, but i need at least a line up on a property with potential - it's a huge seller's market - they all go blank.
