Yes Marc the falling thing for sure more than the height. In martial arts we do falls from high up rolling out the energy and momentum. So if it's not too high up it doesn't bother me.Also if there was water to break the fall I would be more at ease.Swimming is great but it is a non-load bearing exercise. That is great for people with joint problems etc.For regular workouts it is important along with the swimming to do load bearing exercises outside of the pool. One of the lifeguards at the YMCA I was talking to while in the hot tub is an avid swimmer. Some of his buddies wanted to go run. They ran 5 miles and he is only 20 years old and did fine with the cardio but had pain afterwords.Found out he did a stress fracture to his hip and had to take time off.So a combo of things is best for muscle, cardio, and bone strength and too not overdo it when starting up.

However, while this thread is an opportunity to exercise our brains, we must start with the premise that Cardone knows something, as is evident by his trading in and out of a very significant portfolio over the years...Now - when it comes to RE, he may not be as hungry as us, or as in touch.

If anyone is masochistic enough to be looking for an exercise or case study in this, look up the Federal Realty Investment Trust project at Assembly Square in Somerville MA: a former Ford plant turned barren wasteland with (over time) multiple environmental matters on site to clean up.
