For example, he's the one that drives to the property when an alarm goes off at 2am, he'll go to auctions and bid for me, he does some basic handyman work (hanging mini-blinds, replacing outlets, etc) and when we're staging a property, he gets to move the heavy furniture... :D

I think a lot of new investors look at the allure of STR and see the big revenue numbers and forget how much damage your house and your furniture and your furnishings will take with guest after guest after guest staying in your houseIf you let your house and the furniture and the furnishings fall into a state of decay, what originally started as a big moneymaker will instead become a constant source of guest complaints and bad reviews and headaches and sleepless nights (for you & your guests!)

We did not specify regarding trampoline in the contract, however we have clause "House furniture, cloth furniture and children’s toys are not permitted to be left out on a porch or in a yard at the end of a day."
