Lawn furniture on grass
I have a tenant who has 2 chairs and a small table on the grass in the back yard causing my mower guy to have to stop and move it before mowing. The lawn guy has asked them to move it on the day he mows, but they refuse. The tenants have also put solar lights along the driveway causing extra work for the lawn guys. I told the property manager to have the tenant move the furniture before my yard guy mows. Was I correct in doing this? What should I have done?
