I'm not sure whether or not I have signed up here before, but this is the time I have a reason to.Some of you might know me.I've been around specializing in real estate web development, search engine marketing, consulting and branding of real estate businesses online.I now have a client who builds homes in Costa Rica and I'm trying to find more information on what you guys think can be done to attract investors or homebuyers before the homes are being built.

It doesn't cost as much as you might think so do rethink your position on passing on hiring a CPA.As for your original question about the HELOC in the name of an LLC, you may be hard pressed to find a bank that will let you put it in the name of the LLC unless it's a hard money lender.Good luck!
