It was a pretty good book and gave me a couple of "out of the box" ideas.I just picked up "a rehabber's tale" by Richard Warren (a BP member) and "the art of a deal".

While there can be issues having clear cut requirements much of RE is an art and it is ceratinly regional, so no one is 100% right in all matters for all places....IMO, LOL
