Not all of them but statistically the odds are in the landlord favor that the tenant can keep paying the rent.Some of my friends that buy large apartment buildings avoid anti-business and anti-landlord states as they do not want the hassle or potential risk to the cash flow modeling with less than favorable residential tenant laws that might even get worse.

If I’m remembering correctly I believe around 4-5 percent of American households are millionaires and less then 10 percent of that is above 5M so statistically you’re up there if you’re in excess of 5 or 10M.
