I can read the document just like you did and come to some conclusion based on what I perceive as "applicable".

How can you reach a mutual conclusion about how the investment should be handled when you have another's input?

The way i came to this conclusion, and you can check my math, is through th NOI of a $200,000 6 unit building with a CAP rate of 8%.

@David Edwards I read three sections in combination and drew the conclusion that a detached structure in lot less than 20,000sf can only be used for storage, greenhouse purpose, and in lot larger than 20,000sf they can only be used as Guest Cottage for non-paying occupants.

I’m coming to the conclusion that this isn’t a good deal.
