Tax rates are just one of the many things differentiating markets and everyone prioritizes things differently. 

Does anyone know of a wholesaler that I can potentially collaborate with to mutually grow our businesses?

For the last 20 years I've been maintaining and remodeling a portfolio of single family homes with second dwelling units, in Kensington, Orinda, and El Cerrito.I greatly enjoy helping others achieve financial independence and peace of mind.I'm interested in meeting with anyone wanting to collaborate. 

When you click on their 'Real Estate Brokerage' page, there are no broker profiles listed and they say  "...we launched Equity Realty, a real estate brokerage that works in collaboration with our law firm."

The standard owner occupied residential closer may not have experience with these and the commercial closers may be too busy with larger transactions and de-prioritize your closing. 

They put off paying it and prioritize other expenses instead of rent because they feel their landlord will not call them out on it and they just keep pushing out when they will pay in full, then when they do pay they make partial payments and this cycle is very difficult to break.You need to figure out which situation you are in with this tenant.

I bet we could collaborate on those.. what I see there is not a lot of arch diversity and pretty straight forward.. but one must know how to handle the local city officials.. boy it can be very frustrating in IL to be rehabbing and building.. with all the different entities who have a say
