I've had a lot of issues with the property, which was not maintained very well - new outlets, storm windows, replacement windows, leaky pipes, bad electrical switches, replacement flooring, roof issues, garage issues, insect issues, tree issues - learning a lot, spending a lot.

One today called and asked me how many outlets I had in the basement, I told him I wasn't quite sure (because I never actually counted) but could follow up with him and asked if there was a particular concern.

I am looking for smoking inside, making sure the electrical outlets are covered, dripping faucets among others.

., please read that sentence again. you need to sell "a different type of home"...probably you could cable-ready your place with one of the cable technicians that "moonlights"you could change some of your power outlets to the usb-charging-type....conveniently placed....one con of you providing internet: do you keep logs for when they download the wrong stuff???
