When incorporating, did you all use a corporate lawyer to prepare your entity or do it yourself?

Assuming the companies are incorporated in Florida, they have to file papers in Florida, pay fees, and have a registered agent listed.  

I wish I were smarter in college with finances, but I think a lot of us can agree that we don't fully realize what we are getting ourselves into until getting out of college and facing the outcome; Not to mention the lack of education in school about the real world of finances and budgets (Still do not understand why schools will not incorporate this as a foundation for getting your diploma).
