Commercial real estate is usually a leading indicator and there are some troubling signs statistically, and many malls are melting down now.The most important takeaway though is that yeah we may be in a bubble, but if you find a sweet deal and you're not forced to sell it, even if it rents for a tiny bit less during a downturn, who cares?
