You can sync your AirBnB calendar with Google Calendar, and then share that with your cleaner, or you can go the extra step of manually entering the cleaning periods into a new calendar by hand, just for your cleaners convenience.

I set up a financial calendar and planned 6 months ahead.

One thing we did while looking for a place, we checked out listings in VRBO and looked at the availability calendars of all the units within a certain complex and certain area to judge where would give us the greatest opportunity for success.  

I give them a pen with my advertising and a couple of calendars of scantily clad women with my advertising. 

We have a virtual one on the calendar for 8/27 and we're going to get another in-person one on the calendar for September, assuming things continue to improve. 

It is super user friendly and helps automate a lot of the process like guest communication, notifications to cleaners, syncs calendars and reviews.

Also, if you are looking at a certain area, you can very easily pull up other vacation rentals on this site (before you buy) you would be competing with and see how full they are (by checking the live availability calendars) to get a sense for the competition and how much these types of places are actually rented.Just some more ideas.
