Any recommendations for marketing ie. online voice mails, mailers, lead lists, etc. 

Now, I think it's time to stop procrastinating and start doing.I'm going to be working on this part time (I have a full time job that takes 50+ hrs already) but I have my bandit signs, LLC, website, google voice number and email all setup and at the ready.

I suggest you get a free Google Voice number for maintenance requests.

Nice to have  voices of motivation when you may feel like calling it quits.

We drop a voice mail on the ones that don't pick up the phone but we don't know if the numbers are correct or not. 

Of course I always have that little voice in my head that says "if it ain't broke don't fix it."

I have no problem with you voicing your opinion online which is your right but there are large parts of the story you are leaving out that may not work in your favor but are not exactly our fault as your manager.
