@Aleksander Dabrowski As you move forward a word to the wise depending on what configuration of rentals you end up with put in a ban on portable washing machines and dishwashers on all floors that have a floor underneath them.

She claims that there is an old tv in the closet that was there when she moved in.

He said the issues they found were (1) we had a portable heater instead of a built in heater (easily corrected) and (2) the neighborhood is zoned mixed use (meaning a studio behind the main house is "probably" OK) but if we want to do it we have to get our individual property "permitted" for multifamily by the city.

The ones that come with the unit are small and light weight to allow for portability of the trailer on the road.

I would maintain bulk supplies in a locked storage closet or cabinet.

We supply all bed linens and towels and we have spares on site.I try and text her the next 2 or 3 cleanings that I know of so she can plan.We have a separate closet with a combination deadbolt upstairs with all the cleaning supplies and consumables.

I've never done this but I've heard that the portable shipping containers dont need much as far as rezoning because they are not fixed in place...they are more like sheds.
